masa corn flour dumplings for soup

My kid loves these. Like, so much. They are fabulous in a soup with a clear broth and stuff like vegetables and chickpeas or really whatever. They are great by themselves, too.



masa dumplings:

1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp bolete mushroom powder
2 cups masa harina
2 cups water


combine and set aside
cook in 6 cups water with: coconut sugar 2 tbsp, water 4 cups, bouillon powder 2 spoonfuls or salt )



simmer for 15-20 minutes

don't under cook

you can also take some of your broth  from your soup, simmer them in that, then scoop them out and then add the broth thing back in -- thicker and flavoured by masa
